About the role
As a Technical Program Manager at Westmag, you will be pivotal in driving cross-functional programs that span design, engineering, manufacturing, and customer delivery for drone motors and robot actuators. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure on-time and on-spec delivery of advanced motor and actuator products.
What you'll own
- Manage end-to-end technical programs, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and business goals.
- Drive program schedules, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to keep projects on track.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across engineering, operations, and customers to align on priorities and resolve issues.
- Facilitate regular program status reviews and ensure transparency in program progress.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize program management processes and efficiency.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably in hardware, motors, robotics, or aerospace industries.
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working closely with engineering and manufacturing teams.
- Familiarity with Agile or other program management methodologies.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in drone or robotics sectors.
- Background in product development lifecycle from design through manufacturing.
- Project management certification (PMP, Scrum Master, or similar).
